Cheap sulfur mask for acne (from Makeup Withdrawal)

If, like me, benzoyl peroxide does nothing for your zits, and, unlike me, neither does tea tree oil, another option is sulfur. Skip the overpriced Mario Badescu shit, and try this $4 version that Makeup Withdrawal reviewed.

I'll stick with my tea tree oil, since it works great for me, but everyone's skin is different. You just have to figure out what works for you.

  2. Never heard of this! My skin's been acting up recently, so maybe I'll give this a try. What kind/ brand of tea tree oil do you use? I had been using Mason's 100% pharmaceutical grade which was great, but switched to Herbal Authority since it was cheaper. For whatever reason, it hasn't been working nearly as well and I can't figure out why because it is also 100% pure pharmaceutical grade as well :/

  3. I use the Mason one too (http://cheapasf.blogspot.com/2013/01/cheap-and-natural-tea-tree-oil-for-acne.html) - I assume that's the same one? I buy it from Amazon, and it's not too expensive. It feels like I've been using it for a year, but I guess it's only been 6 months. Anyway, I'm only about halfway through the bottle, so $8 a year seems okay to me. I only get occasional zits, so I'm just spot treating a few days a week. I wonder what the difference could be between the two types you've tried! I don't know much about the preparation of essential oils.
