Ulta brand polish has a few shades out that are pretty Lippman-esque. I picked up 2 as part of a 5 for $5 deal. I've only tried Hide and Go Sequins, but it is really pretty! They've got multi sized glitter in them. The blue was opaque in 2-3 coats.
