Stila on HauteLook + Blog Sale update

I figured that I would combine these two topics, in case anyone is sick of hearing about the blog sale (skip to the next paragraph in that case). Rest assured, this will be my last post about it. I'm moving in a week, so anything not sold by then will be packed up and dealt with some time in the distant(ish) future. I'll take the blog sale down at that point. But I just wanted to mention that I reduced the prices of a lot of stuff today, and I also added a few new things (check at the end of the makeup section under "Not Pictured"). As usual, no bargaining please, but do feel free to stock up on the free stuff.

I also thought I'd point out that Stila is on HauteLook again (invite link). It pops up fairly regularly but not always with the same items. This time there are some nice looking lip and cheek palettes for $8, and a 4-piece Kitten collection for $12. Not bad! The Laura Geller sale (invite link) is still there too, in case you want to maximize your ~$6 shipping charge.

I'm going to write up a quick e.l.f. lip stain review later this afternoon, so stay tuned.

New nail polish and makeup added to blog sale (including a bunch of stuff that's free with shipping)

Just an update to let you know that I added a bunch of stuff to my blog sale, including OPI, Zoya, Pixi, Urban Decay, NYX, and The Balm, among other brands. I also decreased the shipping from $4 to $3.50.

Some of these things I don't love, but others (like the Pixi palette, for example, and many of the nail polishes) are just redundant for me right now. It's hard to say goodbye, but sometimes you just know that it's the right thing to do . . .

I'm also offering a number of things for free. I know, I know, it would probably make more sense to give these away to local people. But my friends and family have had enough - none of them is as big a makeup or nail polish hoarder as I am. You should have seen the bags of crap I took home for my mother and sister over the holidays. They won't take any more. But I need to declutter, so if anyone wants to pay shipping for this stuff, it's all yours.

Blog sale! (with bonus cat spam)

I'm moving in a couple of months, and as part of my decluttering process, I thought I'd put a few things up for sale. These are items that I've come across while sorting through my hoard that are either dupes, or that I realize that I just haven't been using. I don't remember exactly where everything came from, but none of the makeup here is more than a year old, because I definitely acquired it all after I started the blog. Most of it I bought last fall/winter at the earliest. Of course, I purchased all of these items, because companies do not send me samples.
