Basically, they're just selling you a smaller amount of moisturizer for a higher cost. You don't need a separate product for the skin around your eyes. It's skin. More info here.
Thanks for posting this, I'm gonna refer to it every time I start thinking 'maybe I'll ...' then slap myself and say no. I've had baggy/dark circley eyes since about 3 mins out of the womb so I don't know why I think it'll change. Gonna keep slathering coconut oil on and save my money.
