My first time ordering from
ModCloth was last month during their Black Friday sale. My order got a bit messed up, which is fine, it happens. It originally got lost, but I got some help from a really fucking good customer service agent, and when they figured out what happened, they overnighted everything. Nice. And then (womp womp) the dress they sent was the wrong size. I called yesterday to exchange it for the right one, and this morning the new one appeared. Fast! And they sent a couple of headbands along with the dress as a free gift. I'm impressed. Things inevitably get messed up when you shop online, but it's great when they fix them quickly and efficiently.
