Clean Up: Cheap Shampoo

Here’s a quickie! You don’t have to spend your money on fancy shampoo (unless you have special hair/scalp needs). If you use products with silicones in them (which are good conditioners and make your hair shiny and smooth), then you’ll need a shampoo without silicone in it to remove the silicone at least once a week, or you’ll get build-up. But as long as you do this every once in a while, you’ll be set. It’s fine to use shampoo with sulphates in it to do that. There’s nothing inherently wrong with either sulfates or silicone. They both have their uses in hair products.

Suave is a good cheap shampoo option. Use your money to buy a really nice conditioner instead.
