Ulta 20 Days of Beauty (lots of things 50% off)

Disclosure: Affiliate links.
Ulta has their March sale going on now where they mark down a couple of items per day. From what I understand, it's usually better to order online, because stores can sell out of the popular stuff quickly--but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I don't have an Ulta nearby, so I have never tried to visit one during a sale.

I'm a little bummed, because they usually have my sister's favorite Bare Minerals mascara in this sale, but not this time. I've given her that mascara twice a year for about 3 years now! Also, aren't the Butter London polishes usually marked down to $7.50, not $10? Anyway, there are still a lot of good deals, like Urban Decay Sheer Revolution lipstick, Anastasia brow pencil, and Tarte mascara. The full list is here. Anything you especially think is worth trying for half price? I'm sort of considering the Mally Face Defender, and I've heard good things about that Dermablend Setting Powder, but maybe I already have enough powder. But it's 50% off and it'll never go bad . . .

  1. I'm irrationally annoyed that Urban Decay's sheer lipsticks are going on sale, but not the regular or matte versions, which are much more interesting. Hmph! I think I'll be sitting this sale out--I took advantage of the Butter London deal last year, but Toff is the only one shade I really want this year and it's more of a fall color anyway.

    1. Yes, I agree. Sheer lipsticks usually look like nothing on me, so I'm not very interested in those myself.

  2. I thought the Too Faced Love Flush blushes were on sale, but it's the Sweethearts. Boo. I bought one of those when they were first released, but ended up swapping it away.

I'm tempted by the Stila Eyes are the Window palette, so if I lose control, I'll come here to access the site. Somebody should benefit from my lack of control!

    1. Aw, thanks! I was intrigued by that palette, but I avoided looking up swatches. Too much eyeshadow!

    2. "Can there ever be too much eyeshadow?" she wondered idly, as a tower of palettes toppled over onto her and crushed her flat.
