Now is the time for you to get some Primer Potion for $9. You won't regret it. If you have light skin, get it in Eden for a mostly invisible/neutral matte base for all your eyeshadows. Sin and Greed are shimmery, so Eden might be the most versatile even for darker skin, since the original formula isn't on sale. I'd also recommend the 24/7 Travel Eyeliner set ($9). Good basic black and brown, and they work fucking wonderfully. And of course, pretty much all of the Urban Decay eyeshadows are great, and there are a bunch to choose from.
