Fix Your Face: Wet N Wild Color Icon shadows

These are my favorite eyeshadows by a fucking mile. They come in three and eight shade pans (as well as singles, which I haven’t tried). The ones I own are:
  • Comfort Zone (8)
  • Silent Treatment (3)
  • Walking on Eggshells (3)
  • Cool as a Cucumber (3)
  • Don’t Steal My Thunder (3)
  • Sweet As Candy (3)
Comfort Zone, Silent Treatment, and Walking on Eggshells are my favorites, but the only shade out of all of these I was disappointed by was the darker brown in Sweet As Candy. It wasn’t as pigmented and smooth as all the others. ALL the others are wonderful. Here’s what I had to say about Comfort Zone in particular, recently.

And here’s a subtle but shimmery eye look (it’s weird reading makeup blogs all the time and picking up on the jargon - sorry) using the two lighter shades from Walking on Eggshells. I’m also wearing L’Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner in Black Mica, and Milani Brow Tint Pen in Natural Taupe (which I’ll review soon). My mascara is The Balm Bodybuilder, but I don’t like it. It’s too clumpy for my sad, sparse lashes. I’m not going to bother to review it, because it isn’t cheap anyway.

(I also still haven’t figured out how to take non-weird photos of my eye makeup. Hope I don’t scare you off.)

A number of the Wet n Wild shadows are dupes for Urban Decay shadows. I find that I use these more than anything else else I own, even though I have some fancy-ass Urban Decay and Lorac and Stila (etc.) eyeshadows (all bought on sale or samples, because I’m fucking cheap, as you know). I just like these ones better. Anyway, you should get these. If you want.
